Compact, versatile and high-performance unit, for large underground shotcrete works. Practical and easy to use, TSB is the ideal solution for medium and large section galleries and tunnels. Designed for heavy working conditions, highly resistant to operating stress.

Pumping system

Double-piston with 'S' valve, hydraulic drive and max. flow (theor.) 4 – 30 m3/h.
Transport cylinder diameter 200 mm, max. pressure on concrete 80 bar and max. aggregate size 16 mm.
Very low pulsation spraying and pumping with sustained pushover.
Reduced wastage of both shotcrete and accelerators.
 

Manipulator 

Automatic brush movement for the nozzle, 360° rotation, 240° inclination, 8° nutation.
Nozzle 45 mm. High pressure rubber hose diameter 75mm for concrete and high quality air and chemical hose.
 

Control system

The digital control board can be easily moved between front and side of the boom for extra ergonomy.
Multilingual colour display showing concrete flow, additive dosage, alarms, faults and diagnostics. Logging of data and USB data transfer.
 

Admixture dosing system

Ideal for all types of accelerator, alkali-free included. Accurate and reliable additive dosing ratio which is fully synchronized with the concrete flow. Electronically operated pulsation-free worm pump, stainless steel rotor to avoid corrosion plus dry running protection. Additive tank of 1000 liters easy to refill and change (extra 1000 l. tank optional).
 

Cabin

ROPS-FOPS homologated. The high sitting position guarantees high visibility.
The 180° swivelling driving post and adjustable seat with safety belts is equipped with: fuel gauge, oil and hot water temperature warning light, battery charge indicator and hour meter.
 

Maintenance

Practical water pump 40 l/min - 20 bar with large water tank of 450 l. Powerful 150 bar high pressure cleaner with 17 m hose, lance and hose reel.
